Meetup Planner

Pick a place. Pick a time. Done.

What it does

One person starts an event and shares a link in the group chat. Friends can preview it before accepting or declining. Accept with your Google account to keep the event in My events across devices. Everyone who joins can suggest places and vote for a place and available times.

How a plan works

  1. Start a plan, optionally set a voting deadline, and share the link.
  2. Friends preview the invitation, then accept or decline. Accepting requires Google sign-in and saves the event to their homepage.
  3. The organiser removes places between rounds; votes reset each round so it stays fair.
  4. With one or two places left it's the final round — most votes wins, or the organiser locks it in early.
  5. The confirmed event stays in My events, with directions, a calendar entry and a separate attendance response.
  6. When the event finishes, the organiser marks it completed. It moves to Past events for everyone who accepted.

No app needed

It runs in the browser on any phone. On iPhone use Share → Add to Home Screen; on Android use the browser menu → Install app. It then opens like a normal app.
